 Fishing Report for Sept 15th thru 30th

 

Well thankfully Hurricane season has come to an end here in South Texas. It seemed every time you turned on the television a storm was going to hit somewhere on the Texas Coast. Fishing has been fair during the past couple of weeks despite the very high tides, you just need to work a little bit harder. Trout seem to be holding the deeper water on the north end of the Laguna Madre and the redfish have been scattered on the flats. There are still some schools of redfish moving north across the flats and are ready to eat anything you throw at them.

The cooler weather has made it a lot more enjoyable being on the water and the water conditions have been great.

Looking for a real good fall trout season.
