I understand that my credit card provided WILL NOT be charged unless I should have to cancel 30 days prior to my trip, and/or if I cannot replace the amount of people originally booked, or if Brent Hopkins cannot re-book the day for me.
I understand that Brent Hopkins / Ace In the Hole Guide Service prefers to be paid with cash or check at time of trip.
If I choose to pay with credit card, I understand there will be a 5% surcharge of total cost for doing so.

This contract reserves the date, or dates in which I have stated, without Ace In The Hole Guide Service waiting for money in mail.
If Brent Hopkins is not providing my lodging, I understand to call him the evening before my trip to get meeting place and time.
If you are lodging with us, directions will be e-mailed to you once contract is received. Or you may type in our address into a GPS which is located below in the contract to find us. You may arrive anytime after 4 pm the day before your trip. If you need help finding us once you get to Rockport, please call 361-534-4007
